Big Porta Driver privacy

Big Porta Driver is an operator-provisioned workforce app used by Big Porta Potties drivers to receive routes and document field service.

Data the app handles

• Driver code, display name, device identifier, and authentication records.
• Precise location while the driver turns on location sharing, including background location needed for live dispatch tracking.
• Route progress, timestamps, checklists, notes, pump logs, and service photos the driver submits.
• Push notification token, device platform, app diagnostics, IP address, and security audit events.

Camera access is used to attach service proof. The photo library is used only if the camera cannot be opened. Notification permission is used for route and assignment updates. The app does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Use, sharing, and retention

Data supports dispatch, safety, service verification, customer support, payroll or operational review, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. It may be handled by contracted hosting, mapping, storage, and notification providers solely to operate the service. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Records are retained for operational and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified under company retention practices.

Your choices

Drivers can stop live location sharing in the app and manage camera, photo, location, and notification permissions in device settings, though disabling a required permission may prevent route work. For access, correction, deactivation, or deletion requests, follow the support instructions.
