Big Porta Driver terms

Big Porta Driver is for drivers authorized by their operator. An account is issued for work use and may be suspended or withdrawn by the operator. Keep your PIN and device secure, do not share an account, and promptly report loss or suspected unauthorized access.

Safe and accurate use

Do not interact with the app while driving. Stop safely before reviewing or updating a route. Submit accurate service records and use customer information only to complete assigned work. Do not misuse, probe, disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Availability and employment

Routes, maps, notifications, and sync may be delayed or unavailable. Follow dispatcher instructions and established safety procedures when the app is unavailable. These app terms do not create or change an employment relationship, compensation agreement, or workplace policy.

Support

Applicable workplace policies and law also govern use. Questions, account deactivation, and deletion requests can be submitted through driver support.
