Full tank vacuum pump
Complete extraction of all holding tank waste using commercial high-vacuum suction hoses. No partial pumps.

Pressure scrub & sanitize
Hospital-grade chemical wipe-down of all high-contact surfaces: seat, door handle, latch, urinal, and interior walls.
Step 2Biocide deodorizer recharge
Holding tank refilled with fresh water, deep blue odor-neutralizing biocidal chemistry, and non-toxic fragrance booster.
Step 3
Consumables restock
Heavy-duty 2-ply toilet paper restocked. Sinks refilled with freshwater, hand soap, and multi-fold paper towels.
Step 4
Hardware & vent inspection
Visual check of door springs, occupancy indicator latch, roof vent screens, and skid stability to ensure safe operation.

Photo proof & GPS verification
Driver captures timestamped before/after photos and logs GPS coordinates directly to your customer account.

Is weekly cleaning included?
Yes. Weekly restock, clean, and pump is included in the rental: tank pumped, surfaces wiped, deodorized, paper and sanitizer restocked. Extra visits are $20 on a unit we delivered.
What makes the clean high quality?
The tech pumps the tank, wipes what crews touch, refreshes deodorizer, restocks paper and sanitizer, and checks the door and vents. You get photo proof and GPS on the ticket. We do not mark a visit complete from the street.
Can I customize the service schedule?
Yes. Weekly is included. Pick the weekday or let us assign the densest route day. Go twice a week, every other week, or set a custom cadence, holiday skips, and earliest arrival. Change the day later in the app.
Do you send photo proof after service?
Yes. Open the app after a visit: photo of the serviced unit, GPS that the truck was at the pad, named driver, and what we did. If the pad is blocked, we log an honest miss the same day.
Do you offer same-day porta potty delivery?
Often, when inventory and site access allow. Standard lead time is 24-48 hours.
