What a service visit includes
A proper visit pumps the holding tank, refreshes deodorizer and water where applicable, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, wipes high-touch surfaces, and checks doors, locks, and vents. If your provider only “checks the tank,” ask for a full clean spec in writing.
